What Is The Requirement Of The Growth Environment Of Maitake

1. The artificial cultivation of maitake requires the same nutrition (carbon source, nitrogen source, mineral element and vitamin) as that of sapwood rot fungi such as lentinus edodes and shiitake edodes.
