Tea Storage Method

Tea Storage Method

1. Storage method of plastic bag and aluminum foil bag: It is best to choose a plastic bag with sealing and for food. The material is 11 o'clock and the density is high. Do not use plastic bags with taste or re-made. The air in the bag after loading the person's tea should be squeezed out as much as possible. If it can be reversed with a second plastic bag, it is better to cover the tea in a transparent plastic bag.

The principle of packaging tea in aluminum foil is similar to that of plastic bags. In addition, the tea that has been bought is packaged in a bag, sealed and placed in a refrigerator, and then brewed in batches to reduce the chance of contact with the air after the tea is opened, and delay the occurrence of quality deterioration.

2. Metal canned storage method: iron cans, stainless steel cans or tin cans with dense texture can be used. If it is a newly bought can, or a jar that has been stored in other articles, it can be placed in a can with a little tea. Inside, cover the lid, shake it up and down, rub the wall of the can and then discard it to remove the odor.

There are stainless steel tea cans selling two-layer lids on the market. It is simple and practical. If you can match the tea in a clean and tasteless plastic bag, put the lid on the lid of the can and seal the lid with tape. Metal cans containing tea should be placed in a cool place.

Do not place it in direct sunlight, smell, moisture, or heat source. In this way, the iron cans are not easy to rust, and the speed of deterioration and deterioration of the tea can be slowed down. The tin can material is dense and has good effects on moisture, oxidation, light blocking and odor prevention.

3, low-temperature storage method: keep the tea storage environment below 5 degrees Celsius, that is, use the refrigerator or freezer to preserve tea, use this method should pay attention to: the storage period of less than six months, the refrigeration temperature to maintain 0 ~ 5 degrees Celsius It is most economical and effective; for storage for more than half a year, it is better to freeze (-10 to -18 degrees Celsius). It is best to store the special refrigerated (freezer) storage. If it must be refrigerated (frozen) with other foods, the tea should be properly packaged and completely sealed to avoid odor absorption.

The air in the refrigerated (freezing) warehouse is well circulated, and the cooling effect has been achieved. When purchasing a large amount of tea leaves at a time, it should be packaged in small packets (cans) and then placed in a refrigerated (frozen) storage, each time the required amount of brewing is taken out. It is not advisable to freeze and thaw the same tea repeatedly. When the tea leaves are taken out in the refrigerated (freezing) warehouse, the temperature of the tea leaves in the tea tank should be raised to room temperature before the tea leaves can be taken out. Otherwise, the tea cans are opened and the tea leaves are easily condensed to increase the water content, so that the water is not soaked. The tea leaves accelerate the deterioration.

4, long-term storage of tea in the treatment method: tea water content is controlled at 3-5% to save for a long time, baking and drying degree and tea storage period has a very important relationship; in general, the roasting is heavier, water content The lower one can be stored for a longer period of time.
