Many tea lovers,they are attracted by the tea aroma.

However, the tea aroma is volatile and difficult to capture. Beginners often only know that tea is fragrant, but didn't know how to appreciate and express it.

Tasting tea, aroma and taste are the two most important aspects.  It can be said that if you learn how to taste fragrance, you will know half of it when you taste tea.

What constitutes tea aroma?

Tea aroma is a mixture, and about 700 aroma substances have been identified so far.  There are nearly 100 kinds of aroma substances in fresh leaves. After making green tea, there are more than 200 kinds, and black tea has more than 400 kinds. Oolong tea is more.

So many aroma components constitute a complex and changeable tea aroma. A leaf is not only at the level of taste, but more magically is the elegant fragrance and endless change.  Tea aroma is a sense of sense of smell, taste and soul that people feel when tasting tea.  Tea aroma is composed of a group of more complex aromatic substances. The combination of different types and quantities of different aromatic substances forms the aroma characteristics of various teas.
